PMC Software, Inc. was founded in Budd Lake, New Jersey, in June 1982, under the name Production and Management Consultants. In October 1985, the company incorporated under its present name. At that time, our focus was concentrated entirely on glass and window manufacturing -- its problems and solutions. As Billco Software Services, this group of industry experts provided glass optimization and machine control software for an expanding line of glass cutting equipment for Billco Manufacturing, of Zelienople, PA.

In 1988, the firm moved to Flemington, New Jersey. This move closely preceded a spin-off from Billco that permitted each company to concentrate on their own strengths. For PMC Software this meant providing the fullest range of Computer Integrated Manufacturing software covering the entire spectrum of manufacturing and office operations in the glass and window industries.

In June 1995, PMC Software opened an office in Wampum, PA to support the needs of its broadening customer base and to expand its coverage of the glass and Fenestration markets.

Our company headquarters in Flemington, NJ provides expanded office, test lab, meeting, and training facilities. These facilities, coupled with our expanded resources, provide our customers the best cutting-edge product development and support services.
