Flat Glass

EDGEMATE™ - Edging Workcenter Interface and Control - provides complete control of your edging workcenter. Instead of the more conventional method of using human readable text that appears on a label affixed to a lite to determine edging requirements, each Edgework workcenter is equipped with a monitor display showing the Schedule/Rack/Slot from which to pull the glass along with the edgework to be performed and the sides on which the processing is to take place. FABMATE™ - Fabrication Center Control - provides Fab information (hole, notch and dimensions) automatically gathered from Order Entry Systems or bridged in. Fab Centers are equipped with monitors to show Schedule/Rack/Slot information from which to pull, along with a graphic pictorial of the type of fab to be performed and appropriate dimensional information. For NC equipped machines, appropriate NC Code is automatically generated and downloaded.
