We provide 3 general levels of support from a full time professional support staff.   Using an Interactive Knowledge Base, our technicians provide speedy resolutions to issues.  PMC Software has made a commitment to continue to be your business partner in the development of new and innovative products as the industry moves forward.

HELPMATE 7x24 Plan:  This plan offers 7 day per week, 24 hour per day call response with priority service over other calls; six free after-hours support per year; updates to maintain the most current versions of our software packages; substantial discounts on add-on programs and new product offerings; Software Audit Services; Software Backup Services; and much more!

HELPMATE 5x8 Plan: Our most popular plan, it offers normal business hour coverage with after-hours emergency call availability at a nominal surcharge.  In addition, there are annual updates at no charge; attractive discounts on add-on programs and new product offerings; Software Audit Services; Software Backup Services; and more! 

As a HELPMATE 7x24 Plan or HELPMATE 5x8 Plan subscriber, you will also be entitled to discounted new products in advance of the general public, getting a big jump on your competition when it comes to new and innovative products. 

HELPMATE 1X1 Plan:  Our economical solution to those customers who require support for incidences as they incur.  No annual updates, product discounts or backup and audit services are included.  Support is dependent on the ability of the PMC Technician to support the software version being run.

REMOTE Support.

We utilize emerging technologies, whenever appropriate or possible, to remotely install, service and support your systems.   Through the use of systems like  VPN, PCAnywhere, WebEx and others we can support your staff and their equipment to keep your operations running smoothly and efficiently.  Our Support Technicians have the ability to access plant computers to accurately troubleshoot or provide instructions to your operations staff in real-time. 

Our extensive knowledge of plant hardware equipment and systems often assists your staff with the identifying hardware/software conflicts with a one source phone call.

BACKUP Support:  PMC provides complete hard drive mirror images of your installed system software (data not included).  These backups are used for testing upgrades, new installations and troubleshooting.  They are also readily available in the event you incur a catastrophic computer hardware problem.

Interactive Video Training & Support:  PMC utilizes the power PC delivered Interactive Video Software Training modules to bring new or changing staff up to speed on your systems.  Individual Program Modules allow users to follow along with consistent, easy to understand, on-screen videos of our software's operation.  Plus, we use web-based Video Frequently Asked Questions (VFAQs) to provide mini-modules of audio/video solutions to commonly asked questions.  Click Here for a short example.
