CORE FTP LE is a free ftp file transfer program to easily upload/download files to any ftp website. You can find it at http://www.coreftp.com/

NEW PMC WEBSITE
We have been listening to your comments. As a result we have redesigned our site to try and provide you better ways to get information about us and our products.
Very simply, we’ve developed the site from the perspective of a visitor coming in looking for solutions to plant or production problems or to find information about specific PMC Products.
For example, we now provide an area called “Products By Operational Processes” that lists typical plant processes along with PMC products that address those areas. So if you are looking for a solution to Boxing and Packaging problems, you can easily get to PMC’s BOXMATE informational pages.
The “Problems & Solutions” Link, is an easy way to skim through typical plant and production problems you may be addressing and easily see a PMC solution that has successfully worked for others.
Another link that allows you to get to product information is “Products Available” where you will find an alphabetical listing of products along with a one line description of the product.
All of our products for both Fenestration and Flat Glass plant Operations are categorized under typical company departments or operations, such as: Office Operations, Glass Optimization, Shipping, etc. Likewise, if your plant is specifically a window and door manufacturing facility, simply clicking on the Fenestration products link will provide you with all of our products that are designed for that environment.

HELPMATE Customer Login Area
Our Customer Login area is specifically for PMC HELPMATE customers (our annual support plan). HELPMATE customers will be contacted and provided with User IDs and passwords to get into our HELPMATE area.
One of the key components of the Customer Area is the VFAQ area. VFAQ’s, or Video Frequently Asked Questions, (like the miniature sample shown below) are narrated screen-captured videos showing how to complete specific tasks within PMC Software’s MATE products. Each offers a short tutorial audio-video presentation (typically 2-4 minutes) covering a specific individual topic such as: "How to Add a Glass Thickness Abbreviation", “How to add inventory”, etc.
These are similar to other sites' FAQ area except we’ve “screen-captured” and narrated examples of actually how to do something. This requires a Macromedia flash plug-in which most browsers generally have.
We will be adding VFAQs on a regular basis. Once there, feel free to email us with suggestions for topics to be covered.
We have also added an area called "Did You Know" (DYKs). These are short, narrated tidbits of knowledge that might be useful to you. These video vignettes are designed to help you get the most out of working with PMC software or just generally let you know about things that might be useful in your daily plant operations.
PMC Software has added WebEx Conference technology to better serve its customers through meetings, training, demos, etc.

PMC has added WebEx remote conferencing and support to our arsenal of tools to better help our customers. WebEx can be used in areas where VPN or PcAnywhere access is unavailable. In addition, WebEx can provide support, demos or training to groups of people simultaneously at diverse locations.
We are currently hosting our WebEx sessions through
PSIMeeting.com, an authorized webex Reseller, whose web-based conferencing products are designed around the award-winning conferencing products offered by WebEx. WebEx is the leader in web-based conferencing products with over 60% of the current market share.
These webcasts can offer the same information, at the same time, to all appropriate glass personal in a family of companies. Feel free to contact us if you would like to set up a webcast for different people at multiple locations. For example, if you are rolling out a specific PMC product at multiple plants, we can set up a webcast to deliver the product overview, training or answer “How To” type of questions to all your key personnel in real-time. Not only will they benefit by hearing and seeing the software in operation, but they will also have the opportunity to learn from other's questions or comments.
Likewise, should you be looking into acquiring new technology, through WebEx, PMC can easily provide MATE Product demos to your staff or management in the convenience of your own conference room.
PC-based video training materials.
PMC has started utilizing Screen Capturing technology to record product presentations for training, reference and demos. We are now providing on-line and leave-behind audio/video materials for users so you can conveniently view and review product training materials at your own site.
